Harry Potter and the Cursed Child gift vouchers are delivered by email in the form of an eGift.
They are available in a variety of designs so you can pick your own House or pick a standard version if the Sorting Hat hasn't assigned you yet, but all eGifts work in the same way.
DO GIFT VOUCHERS HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE?
Yes. Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
WHAT IF I ACCIDENTALLY DELETE GIFT VOUCHERS OR CAN'T FIND THEM IN MY INBOX?
We recommend that all recipients take a moment to register their Gift Vouchers on our website. This allows us to find your Gift Voucher and move the credit to a new Gift. Please note we can only replace the available balance at the time you notify the customer service team.
HOW DO I USE MY GIFT VOUCHERS?
Your Harry Potter and the Cursed Child gift vouchers can be redeemed by calling 0330 333 4815 (03 numbers are non-geographic local rate numbers), by emailing boxoffice@nimaxtheatres.com or in person at the Palace Theatre, London. They cannot be used to pay for tickets via the Friday Forty lottery.

When buying tickets, please mention you are paying with a Harry Potter and the Cursed Child gift voucher. You will need to provide your Voucher Number (beginning HP) and PIN code (four digits) to the box office when paying. The Palace Theatre is located at Cambridge Circus in the West End of London. The nearest London Underground stations are Tottenham Court Road and Leicester Square.
