eGifts can be redeemed over the phone or in person at the Palace Theatre box office. If booking over the phone, please have your 16 digit voucher number (starting HP) and 4 digit PIN ready to read out. If booking in person at the theatre, the box office staff will be able to scan the barcode from your eGift on your phone or device screen.
You can use all or part of the balance on your eGift to pay, or part-pay for tickets. If the theatre tickets cost more than the balance on your Harry Potter & The Cursed Child Gift Voucher(s) you will need to pay the outstanding amount using a debit/credit card.
Your Harry Potter and the Cursed Child gift vouchers can be redeemed by calling 0330 333 4815 (03 numbers are non-geographic local rate numbers), by emailing boxoffice@nimaxtheatres.com or in person at the Palace Theatre, London. They cannot be used to pay for tickets via the Friday Forty lottery.

When buying tickets, please mention you are paying with a Harry Potter and the Cursed Child gift voucher. You will need to provide your Voucher Number (beginning HP) and PIN code (four digits) to the box office when paying.
